I have one large double furnished room to rent in my home. There would be 2 of us sharing. It would suit a professional male.
The house is a large chalet bungalow in Thorpe St Andrew.
The room is fully furnished with double bed and triple wardrobe. It also has an en-suite with shower.
The new occupier would also have their own furnished lounge to use, with large flat screen TV and a DVD player. It also has Virgin Media Cable XL package. This includes all BT Sport channels and all Sky Sports channels.
There is a very large garden outside, perfect for garden gatherings in the summer. The house has enough space for off road parking for 3 cars.
The shared kitchen is very new and includes washer/drier, fridge, freezer etc.
All bills are included in the rental price, including the Virgin Media and WIFI. The house is safely secured with a home alarm system. Deposit is the same as one month's rent. This will be returned at the end of the tenancy.
We are on a bus route that goes straight into the train station and city centre. The A47 bypass is 5 minutes away. Sainsbury's is walking distance away, and there is easy access to Oasis and Bannatynes fitness centre.
